Betel Vine / Betel Leaves / Paan has unmatched medicinal properties and it is used in many ayurvedic preparations. It is proven to have curative and healing properties. We can make Rasam,KaraKuzhambu and Desserts too. I tried a variety rice with home grown fresh Betel Leaves along with Brown Rice to enhance the health quotient.
